Ticketing Policy
TICKETING
All festival bookings can be made ONLINE using the website’s BUY TICKETS links.
Tickets will be emailed to you. The majority of the tickets are booked through www.trybooking.com with The Long Table Lunch bookings through www.humanitix.com.
The Singing Up Country outdoor event is a FREE event but due to COVID restrictions you will need to pre-register your ticket request using the REGISTER link. Follow the contact instructions for this event.
GENERAL TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By Purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to the following conditions. Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available except as required by law.* (See Covid adjustment terms and conditions).
Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity. Please check the event date and time on your ticket at time of purchase.
By attending an event, you give your express consent to your actual or simulated likeness to be included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival’s authorised points of sale.
Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided upon request at the event entry point. Failure to produce valid identification may result in the patron being charged full price for the ticket. It is your responsibility to check your ticket prior to an event, as mistakes may not be rectified on the day of the event.
You must retain evidence of your ticket purchase on your person at all times during the event.
If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, no refund will be given to ticket holders. Wet Weather venue arrangements are clearly stated on Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival’s website to ensure that pre-purchased ticket holders can still enjoy a revised event experience.
The buyers of pre-chased tickets will be advised via email if there is to be a change of venue. Information about any venue changes in the event of inclement weather will also be communicated through the Festival’s website and Facebook page. Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings at events, other than caused as a result of our negligence.
TICKET DELIVERY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you. No tickets will be mailed. These tickets are sent as PDF files. Patrons must either print their PDF ticket/s or have them available on phone prior to events for validation.
If you have purchased tickets but not been sent an email with your tickets and tax receipt, please contact marketing@sccmf.com.au as it may be as simple as a typo in the email address used to purchase the tickets.

COVID ADJUSTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival is following strict Covid-Safe protocols.
Do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell, or have cold or flu-like symptoms; have visited known Covid-19 hotspots, or returned from overseas travels, within the last 14 days.
If you are unwell and cannot attend the event for this reason, Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival will refund your ticket.
If you can not attend an event due to sudden state border closures, please contact Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival‘s ticketing support at info@sccmf.com.au prior to the event, and we will either refund your ticket, or transfer it to another Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival event, where reasonable and/or possible.
Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival will offer a full refund to festival events, in the event the Festival has to be cancelled because of Covid-19 related restrictions on events enforced by either State or Federal Governments.
Patrons acknowledge that while the Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival has taken all reasonable health and safety precautions to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, patrons enter festival venues at their own risk without recourse to claim against the venue regarding health outcomes.
